A little bit about the role?
  • Lead, manage and motivate a Team Sales Executives to achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Alongside the Centre Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to ensure KPIs and Sales targets are met.
  • Monitor and manage stock.
  • Lead Management, increasing CRM and defining sales processes.
  • Ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team.
  • Maintain your own product knowledge and show an awareness of competitor activity.
What you will bring:
  • A proven track record of Sales Team Management experience within a similar brand.
  • Result and Target driven.
  • The ability to communicate with key stakeholders and build long lasting relationships.
  • The ability to guide, coach and motivate your team on a daily basis.
