A highly successful regional firm with a rich heritage is looking to appoint an ambitious Head of Residential Property Solicitor 5 + years PQE to join their Swindon office.

The role:
This firm is looking to appoint a Head of Department for their established Conveyancing team in Swindon office.

• You will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the conveyancing department and play an active role in developing, mentoring, and motivating the team.
• As an experienced Solicitor, you will promote the very best practices and examine client outcomes in order to find ways to continually improve the quality of service provided.
• This leadership role also encompasses business development projects with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors, and you will help to guide the strategic direction of the practice.
