About The Role

Head of Recruitment – Up to £60,000 per Annum – Office Based in Lytham, Lancashire.

We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to have full responsibility for developing the recruiting strategy for the group.

You’ll lead the in-house recruitment team ensuring that the Tangerine Group attracts, selects and retains the best possible talent in the marketplace. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring the Group is well positioned to achieve its commercial objectives on a global basis.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the recruitment strategy for the group.
  • Proactively develop initiatives to attract the best talent.
  • Ensure all job adverts are SEO optimized.
  • Support the hiring managers with the recruitment process.
  • Lead and coach the in-house recruitment team.
  • Focus on direct methods of recruitment.
  • Build strong relationships with the hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Attend Senior Management meetings.
  • Create talent plans for all roles.
About You
  • Previous experience as an in-house recruiter.
  • A minimum of five years’ senior recruitment experience.
  • Experience of proactively recruiting roles through LinkedIn.
  • Highly effective in the art of communication.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient in writing job adverts.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Competent at dealing with ever-changing demands.

This role is based FULL TIME (Minimum of 40 Hours Per Week) at our Head Office, 5 Days per week. We are not able to consider hybrid or work from home options.
