Head of Quality & Governance
Stockton on Tees (Hybrid 1 day per week in the office)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

Overview:
Compass Associates are delighted to partner exclusively with a renowned therapeutic service provider which supports both adults and children, with a prominent footprint in the North East. Key service lines include Adult Services (Talking therapies holding significant contracts with NHS Trusts), Primary Care, CYP and lastly EAP which are significant growth areas over the coming years.

Role:
This post is of crucial importance and will ensure continuity, a more strategic view on quality ensuring a robust framework is in place moving forward. Other key areas of focus include Quality and Safety Management, Safeguarding and Risk Management, Policy Development and Review, Training and Development, Continuous Improvement and Auditing, Data Management and Analysis.

Reporting to the Owner / Directors, this post will sit as part of the oversight leadership team, working closely with the group's clinical lead, with a key objective of ensuring quality systems and procedures are developed at the same pace as clinical services. This is very much a hybrid post with 1 day per week required in their Stockton-based office.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. A proven track record of quality improvement and implementation of robust frameworks.
  2. Experience working in a similar natured position.
  3. Exposure to Local Authorities / ICB.
  4. Understanding of quality assurance and continuous improvement strategies and familiarity with relevant benchmarking standards.

Process:
Following a briefing call with Adam Brenton at Compass, there is a two-stage interview process, consisting of an informal Teams interview and a face-to-face wider panel interview on site.
