Head of Purchasing

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Purchasing to lead our logistics, supply chain, and purchasing operations. This strategic role focuses on driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and innovation while ensuring seamless delivery of goods and services aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

1. Lead purchasing, logistics, and supply chain teams to achieve business goals.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
3. Align purchasing decisions with business priorities in collaboration with senior leadership.

Supplier Management

1. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and favorable terms.
2. Negotiate contracts and evaluate suppliers to uphold high standards.

Supply Chain & Logistics

1. Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations.
2. Manage inventory to balance stock levels and working capital.
3. Ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries with logistics partners.

Operational Efficiency

1. Implement cost-saving initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
2. Monitor performance metrics to identify and address inefficiencies.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Higher education in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related fields.
2. Proven senior experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
3. Strong leadership with a track record of team development.
4. Expertise in supplier negotiation and relationship management.
5. Knowledge of supply chain best practices and procurement systems.
6. Problem-solving focus on cost and efficiency.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
