Rotork is seeking a dynamic Head of Product Strategy and Management to lead our product strategy and execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and Rotork’s growth strategy, solidifying Rotork’s position as a leader in intelligent flow control.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the CTO, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership across our end markets, engineering, sales, and marketing teams. Your role will involve exceptional business partnering to enable and support growth in our target segments.

You will lead and develop Rotork’s product vision and strategy. Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, you will use insights to drive data-driven decisions on portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. Additionally, you will define and execute Rotork’s product roadmap, outlining key initiatives, features, and milestones, and work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive innovation and prioritize product features based on business impact and feasibility.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, strategy, and leadership roles. You will have led the strategic direction of a full product portfolio and have proven success in formulating and executing comprehensive product strategies. A deep understanding of target markets and expertise in market research are essential.
