You Will Be

• A dynamic experienced visionary Head of Product within the Digital, AI, Assessment, SaaS, Data, ESG area with enterprise scale exposure.
• Strong Leader with High EQ who can set the vision with the team, lead and professionalise the environment to a centre of excellence.
• Develop & Execute the product management strategy aligned to the organisation's overall vision & goals.
• Develop & govern core operating procedures and develop comprehensive product roadmaps in line with client demand.
• Develop & implement key market analysis and market insight frameworks & methodologies to ensure all key market trends are identified and consequent opportunities captured efficiently.
• Develop & Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition & adoption of new processes and systems.

You will possess demonstrable and in-depth

• Product Management experience with several years in a Senior Leadership role.
• Key Expertise in developing and executing successful Product Roadmaps / Product Strategy.
• Proven record of building & developing high performing teams.
• Exceptional EQ Leadership, influence, and Visionary skills.
