Head of Procurement Development (HR focused)

Our Global utilities client is seeking a Head of Procurement development to be part of their drive to net zero. This is an HR focused role. This role will pull together all People and department capabilities, leading the end-to-end Learning and training Journey for a large global procurement department. You will drive excellence in engagement and communications, source and develop Training, and own the Learning and Development (L&D) competency for the Procurement Team.

You will need:

1. Experience leading large capability enhancing programmes in Learning and Development (L&D) ideally from a procurement perspective.
2. Prior responsibility for staff coaching and training programmes dedicated to a Procurement Team.
3. Strong influencing and negotiation skills, and relationship management experience.
