It requires someone with a passion for the food industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a large and diverse team.

Description

1. Creating and developing the overall procurement strategy
2. Leading a team of 7 (3 direct line reports)
3. Sourcing ingredients from global suppliers
4. Leading negotiations for major tenders
5. Working cross-functionally with NPD, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics

Profile

1. 8+ years of procurement, sourcing experience
2. Well versed in sourcing food, ingredients, or commodities
3. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing people
5. Great communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
