The Opportunity
Are you a highly experienced engineering leader looking to play a crucial role in one of the largest nuclear power projects in the world? Join us as Head of Pressure Compliance & Qualification, where you'll lead the Pressure Compliance and Qualification (PCQ) organisation and programme for HPC, as well as developing a PCQ strategy for HPC.
What you'll be doing
As Head of Pressure Compliance & Qualification, you will provide strategic leadership in pressure systems conformity assessment, structural integrity, and equipment qualification.
This is an opportunity to:
Who you are
You'll have extensive experience in large-scale nuclear or high-integrity projects, including power generation, oil and gas, and petrochemicals, with a deep knowledge of pressure system engineering, qualification, and compliance.
This'll include a strong understanding of RCC-M, ASME codes, and UK regulatory requirements.
A proven track record of leading large technical teams and engaging effectively with senior stakeholders will be key, as will experience working closely with regulators and supply chain partners to ensure full compliance.
Additionally, it would be advantageous to have Chartered Engineer status or an equivalent professional membership.
Experience with the EDF group and nuclear industry regulations is highly desirable, as is knowledge of HPC, SZC, and associated compliance studies.
Multilingual skills, particularly in French, would also be beneficial.
