You will have:

  • Strong Portfolio Office/PMO Leadership with Business Change focus, significant process improvement & effective, dynamic regulatory & C-Suite Reporting
  • High EQ: Dynamic, proactive, engaging with a passion for ownership, process improvement & automation
  • Strong Change Management focus, with experience in FS: Trading, Clearing, Exchanges
  • Solid Governance approach with experience of both Waterfall & Agile methodologies and core platform transformations
