A leading real estate business is seeking an experienced Head of PMO to drive strategic programme management across a range of large-scale projects. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and oversee critical programmes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As Head of PMO, you will:

• Lead programme governance and oversight across multiple projects.
• Manage both tech and non-tech initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
• Implement best practices in programme and project management.
• Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• A seasoned Head of PMO/Programme Manager with experience running large-scale programmes.
• Strong expertise in both tech and non-tech projects.
• A structured, strategic thinker with the ability to drive PMO best practices.
• Experience within real estate or property-related industries is a plus but not essential.
