Role Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of PMO to lead our Transition State 2 (TS 2) within the Blended Experience Programme (BEP). This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of the programme's agreed outcomes, timelines, and budget.
The Blended Experience Programme will transform our capabilities to enable a seamless, blended experience (instore and online) empowering our customers to fulfil their needs via services that are convenient, consistent and personalised at scale across our global footprint. This is a complex programme which we have divided into a number of 'Transition States'. 'Transition States' - are essentially the phases that we will need to go through when moving from where we are today, to where we want to be.
