Prospectus is excited to work exclusively with our client to recruit a new Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships. From rapid emergency response to innovative programming in health, nutrition, livelihoods, and education, the charity goes to the hardest to reach places to ensure that no one is left behind.

This role is offered on a flexible 3-year fixed-term contract basis, with a salary between £59,784 to £66,427 (London) or £55,240 to £61,378 (Belfast) per annum, and flexible hybrid working arrangements available at their London or Belfast offices.
The post holder will lead the Philanthropy and Partnerships team, which includes Corporate and Foundations and Major Donor fundraising. They will identify new opportunities and deliver sustainable income growth. Responsibilities include setting the vision and strategy for the newly formed team, leading and coaching the team, managing and inspiring senior stakeholders, and developing long-term relationships with donors and prospects.
They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in high-value partnerships in a charitable context, including 6 and 7 figure gifts. The ideal candidate will have experience writing effective fundraising strategies across various streams, including Major Donors, Trusts and Foundations, and Corporate Partnerships, to achieve significant income growth. Excellent knowledge of High Value fundraising in an International Development context and experience working within a global fundraising environment are essential.
