Personal Injury Solicitor - Head of Department

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to step into a Head of Department role with a reputable firm in Blackpool. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse caseload with limited supervision.
2. Promote the firm locally and handle cases efficiently.

Requirements:

1. 8+ PQE with consistent billing experience.
2. Tech savviness and confidence with business development (advantageous but not essential).
