Head of Partnerships, Corporate Solutions

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Partnerships to support our Corporate Solutions business. The Corporate Solutions business offers a wide range of benefits to organizations across various stages of their lifecycles. Our services help private and public companies drive effective decision making across their Capital Markets, Governance, and Sustainability efforts. Our solutions help connect capital with opportunity for Corporates globally.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation for Nasdaq Corporate Solutions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the business goals of Nasdaq Corporate Solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners, including technology providers, professional service firms, and other relevant organizations.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end partnership process, from initial contact to contract execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and legal, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive performance of existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role, preferably within the financial services or software sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
