Head of Pararplanning

Our client is a national IFA firm who are looking to hire a Head of Paraplanning to lead their team of Paraplanners based across multiple offices.

You should have strong leadership skills and be comfortable being part of the senior leadership team.

It is important you are used to managing Paraplanners towards SLAs, to ensure that the national business receives consistent support across the board. In addition, you should be strong at leading and mentoring your team to get the best out of them and maximize the quality and output of their work.

Head of Paraplanning Requirements

• You must have experience of leading a team of Paraplanners across multiple offices.
• You must have strong leadership experience.
• You must be comfortable traveling in line with the needs of the role.

Head of Paraplanning Benefits

• Salary of up to £85,000 plus comprehensive company benefits and annual bonus.
• Travel and accommodation expenses reimbursed in line with the needs of the role.
• Remote based position with 20% - 30% travel required.
