The Ideal Candidate:

1. Substantial experience in operations management, in property/facilities management, including experience with social housing, local authorities and property developers
2. Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements
3. Strong commercial acumen with P&L management and cost control skills
4. Exceptional client relationship management and complaint resolution abilities, working with a variety of clients from both public and private sectors
5. Track record of implementing best practices and leveraging technology for optimisation
6. Considerable experience managing SLAs, management agreements and development agreements
7. Inspirational leader adept at mentoring teams and promoting a culture of excellence
