Head of Operations - AdmiTrade.Position Overview.

During this intense growth phase at AdmiTrade, we are looking for a hands-on, security-focused Head of Operations to oversee and optimize our OTC crypto trading infrastructure.

This role encompasses custody, fiat and crypto transfers, reconciliation, staking operations, risk management, and fraud prevention. The ideal candidate thrives in high-stakes environments and deeply understands operational security, automation, and compliance.

We are currently forming our team, starting with management, to achieve these objectives. This presents a unique opportunity for this position to play a key role in actively participating in building the company early and driving its future success.

So far, we have focused on providing liquidity for centralized exchanges, building the necessary technology, and validating the market.

We are now embarking on the next phase of our growth by building a platform for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals that offers access to significant depth, dynamic credit lines, and passive capital multiplication methods. Additionally, our goal is to increase our activity as a market maker on centralized exchanges and expand into decentralized markets.

Responsibilities.
Custody & Transfers:

• Implement secure custody solutions for firm and client assets, ensuring adherence to security protocols across all transactions.
• Manage crypto and fiat transactions, ensuring seamless transfers between wallets, banks, custodians, and exchanges.
• Develop multi-tier authorization structures to enhance transaction security and minimize unauthorized movements.

Risk, Compliance & Forensics:

• Use blockchain forensic tools to detect and mitigate risks from fraudulent transactions, scams, and illicit funds.
• Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and Travel Rule requirements, setting up robust transaction monitoring.
• Establish disaster recovery plans for operational continuity in case of security breaches or system failures.

Automation & Efficiency:

• Design and implement automated reconciliation tools for real-time asset monitoring and reporting across multiple platforms.
• Work closely with developers to integrate APIs and automation solutions that optimize transaction processing and settlement.
• Implement intelligent transaction workflows to reduce reliance on manual processes while maintaining robust security.

Staking Operations:

• Develop a structured staking framework for both proprietary and client funds.
• Implement tracking systems to ensure accurate staking reward calculations and client distributions.
• Optimize validator selection to mitigate slashing risks and maximize yield.
• Ensure compliance with staking-related regulations and tax obligations.

Banking & Counterparty Management:

• Develop and manage relationships with banks, liquidity providers, custodians, and exchanges to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with custodians, staking providers, and institutional partners to optimize operations.

Technology & Infrastructure Development:

• Work closely with the technology team to maintain a secure operational infrastructure.
• Oversee integration of multi-signature wallets, HSMs, MPC-based custody solutions, and other security measures.
• Maintain high data protection and cybersecurity standards to ensure defense against breaches and unauthorized access.

What you bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience in financial or crypto operations (OTC trading, crypto exchange, custody, treasury, or trading firms).
• Expertise in secure custody solutions, including:
  • Key ceremonies for secure key generation and management.
  • Multi-signature wallets and MPC-based custody solutions.
  • Emergency private key reconstruction and disaster recovery planning.
• Strong understanding of fiat and crypto settlement processes and wallet operations.
• Experience with blockchain forensic tools (e.g., Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM Labs) to detect illicit activities.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations, Travel Rule compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Strong incident response planning and crisis management skills.
• Ability to scale operations and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
