What will you be doing?
As Head of Operations, you will lead and steer all operational aspects of the business and ensure the company achieves its growth goals by directly influencing, leading, and guiding all operational teams across the UK. You will align the long-term strategic goals of the business to the day-to-day activities to reach each milestone. You will oversee projects to completion, ensuring these are within budget, scope, and time, whilst removing any inefficiencies and implementing process improvements throughout.
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this Head of Operations role, you will be a natural and experienced Operations Leader who can inspire others to deliver, whilst continually analysing the business performance to seek further gains. You will be a great communicator and possess customer and client service excellence, with an innovative and analytical mindset. You will have expertise in both project and budget management and be decisive in your approach. You must have experience working within a multi-site environment to be considered for this job.
