Are you a Senior Operations professional capable of a Head of Operations role with the desire to progress to managing Director? If so, our Norwich-based client might have just the role for you. This is a fully office-based role and a permanent position paying in the range of 60,000 to 70,000, along with a range of benefits.

What will you be doing?

As Head of Operations, you will lead and steer all operational aspects of the business and ensure the company achieves its growth goals by directly influencing, leading, and guiding all operational teams across the UK. You will align the long-term strategic goals of the business to the day-to-day activities to reach each milestone. You will oversee projects to completion, ensuring they are within budget, scope, and time, while removing any inefficiencies and implementing process improvements throughout.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this Head of Operations role, you will be a natural and experienced Operations Leader who can inspire others to deliver while continually analyzing business performance to seek further gains. You will be a great communicator and possess customer and client service excellence, along with an innovative and analytical mindset. You will have expertise in both project and budget management and be decisive in your approach. Experience working within a multi-site environment is required for this job.
