We're on a mission to become the nation's most loved neighbourhood restaurant, so whilst we continue our exciting expansion across London and the Home Counties we're looking for an exceptional Head of Operations to help us get there.

You'll be a key senior leader: reporting to the Operations Director and leading our incredible Ops Managers to deliver outstanding performance across our sites. With a passion for people, hospitality & driving performance, you'll ensure exceptional delivery of all metrics across our estate while maintaining our unique culture & high standards as we continue to expand.

About You

• A strategic thinker able to drive both commercial and operational success
• A people-first leader, inspiring, developing & mentoring high-performing teams
• Experienced in multi-site management within a full-service hospitality brand
• Commercially astute with a strong grasp of budgeting, P&L, labour and margin control
• Innovative & adaptable – capable of driving efficiencies while upholding our brand values
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to think strategically and implement long-term solutions whilst being adaptable and able to pivot to business needs in a rapidly changing market
• Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude, problem-solving mindset & ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to travel
