Salary: Grade 15 - £61,071 - £67,191 per annum
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role
Lead and coach high performing Operations teams to develop & deliver annual plans which contribute to the corporate strategy. These teams include Transportation, Warehousing, Health and Safety, Facilities, Transport Planning, Stock Optimisation, Stock Audit, and Ops Analysis.
Take a lead role in influencing organizational culture, driving innovation and transformation in conjunction with Heads of Service and the Leadership Team, including leading cross-functional projects and forums.
Build powerful and positive relationships with all teams and directorates across the organization and create and foster open and transparent relationships with peers, stakeholders, and partners. Represent ESPO with external stakeholders.
Role model the organisation's values and ensure these are actively demonstrated across all teams.
