Description

  1. Coordinate and oversee the work of various departmental operations within the company.
  2. Knowledge of facades, cladding and building envelopes.
  3. Manage and lead strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  4. Drive operational efficiencies and cost-saving measures.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  6. Work closely with the executive team to set company strategies and goals.
  7. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  8. Support worker communication with the management team.

Profile

A successful Head of Operations should have:

  1. A proven track record in a similar role within the property sector.
  2. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  3. Excellent project management skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in business management software.
  6. Experience managing multiple sites, ranging from £8 million to £38 million in value.
