This is a fantastic role that will be very much a part of the organisation's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will suit individuals who are looking to escalate their career. If you have aspirations of being a top executive, this role will offer you the path due to the succession planning.
I am looking to speak to candidates with experience in heading up operational teams in a complex environment. My client is going through a major transformation and is looking for excellent talent to join them across the senior leadership space. This is just one of the roles they are looking to recruit.
