The Role

As our Head of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our growing organisation. Key responsibilities include:

1. Driving Operational excellence in daily production activities.
2. Implement strategies to boost productivity.
3. Manage project budgets.
4. Ensure products and services meet high-quality standards.
5. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage supply chain logistics.
6. Work closely with other departments to ensure company-wide alignment and goal achievement.

The Person

We’re seeking an experienced professional with leadership skills and communication expertise who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in operation or production management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of electronic systems is a bonus.
