Head of Operations - Independent Training Provider

Salary: £45K - £50K

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to drive operational excellence and support the organisation's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute an operational strategy to drive business growth.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted, ESFA/Skills England standards.
3. Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and the learner experience.
4. Lead and develop a high-performing operations team.
5. Use data and analytics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
6. Build strong relationships with funders, employers, and awarding bodies.
7. Maintain compliance and drive continuous quality improvement.

About You:

1. Proven experience in a senior operational role within the education or skills sector.
2. Strong knowledge of Apprenticeships, AEB, ASF, and Skills Bootcamps.
3. Experience leading teams and managing operations in a growing organisation.
4. Confident in using data to inform strategic and operational decisions.
5. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
6. Passion for education, skills development, and learner success.
