Our Client based in Southampton is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join their team in a Head of Occupational Health Role on a Permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team.
The role is Permanent, Full time.
Site working in Southampton and working from home.
Salary up to £60K per annum.

Main Duties:
Responsible for Operational Planning, Development and provision of high quality specialised Occupational Health Service.
Work autonomously and exercise professional and individual responsibility for the systematic governance of occupational health practice.
Provide Clinical support to other less experienced team members.
Strong analytical and judgemental skills.
Strong communication and relationship skills.
Experience / Skills Required:
2 years experience in a leadership position.
OH Degree/Diploma essential.
Case management experience essential.
