Lead and manage the Music Department, setting high standards for teaching and learning.

Manage departmental resources effectively to maximise students’ educational experiences.

Support and development:

At Heartlands, we use School IP to track and support training and ongoing CPD. Depending on your need and level of experience, you will be placed on a training pathway.
