Summary

Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of mathematicians? We are seeking to appoint an innovative and experienced Head of Faculty: Maths.

Detail

The primary role of the Head of Faculty is to lead the faculty in realising the best possible academic experience, outcomes, and results for all pupils in Junior Prep, Senior Prep, Middle School, and Sixth Form.

This role will suit a current Head of Department looking for the next step in their career, and those with ambitions to reach senior leadership positions within the next 5 years.

The successful candidate will:

  1. Be innovative, proactive, organised and place the needs of the young people at the forefront of everything they do.
  2. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, or related field.
  3. Have extensive previous experience in teaching Mathematics to A-Level.
  4. Be committed to fostering a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
  5. Have strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to represent the faculty in a leadership capacity in all matters across the whole College.
  6. Be experienced in curriculum development and assessment strategies.
