As theHead of Marketing, PR & Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Navy Professional’s brand vision and commercial objectives. You will oversee digital marketing, PR campaigns, brand partnerships, events, and customer communications to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications
- Develop and implement a results-driven marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Lead all digital marketing efforts, including email marketing (Klaviyo), e-commerce (Shopify), and performance tracking via Google GA4.
- Oversee website content, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation on Shopify.
- Plan and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.
Public Relations & Communications
- Direct PR and communications efforts to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Manage press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership opportunities.
Events & Brand Activations
- Plan and execute marketing activations, trade events, and brand experiences.
- Collaborate with partners and industry leaders to create impactful marketing moments.
- Oversee event logistics, sponsorships, and post-event analysis.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior marketing, PR, or communications role, ideally within the beauty, lifestyle, or retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, includingKlaviyo, Shopify, and Google GA4.
- Experience in brand development, PR strategy, and media relations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Creative and analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
