Head of Marketing – B2B SaaS
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in-office)
Contract: 12-15 Month Fixed-Term (starting ASAP)
Salary: £80,000-£90,000 salary package

We’re working with a market-leading, AI-powered SaaS company at a pivotal moment in their journey – moving from start-up to true scale-up. Having closed their Series A funding, they’re doubling ARR year-over-year (looking to go from circa £10million to £30million in next two years).
This is a 12-15 month fixed-term role, reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of six marketers across events, content, comms, and demand generation. If you speak the language of ARR, ACV, average deal cycles, and love building efficient, scalable marketing functions – this could be an amazing contract for you.

The Role
This is a senior marketing leadership role with a strong focus on revenue impact. You’ll help drive the go-to-market strategy as the company scales – with a key mission to grow pipeline, improve efficiency, and drive measurable outcomes across all marketing channels.
You’ll be responsible for managing a high-performing team, scaling campaigns, leading major events, and aligning closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
