Head of Marketing – B2B SaaS
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in-office)
Contract: 12-15 Month Fixed-Term (starting ASAP)
Salary: £80,000-£90,000 salary package

Are you a commercially driven marketing leader with deep B2B SaaS experience? Have you successfully scaled processes, led teams, and driven demand in fast-paced, high-growth environments?

We’re working with a market-leading, AI-powered SaaS company at a pivotal moment in their journey – moving from start-up to true scale-up. Having closed their Series A funding, they’re doubling ARR year-over-year (looking to go from circa £10million to £30million in next two years).

This is a 12-15 month fixed-term role, reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of six marketers across events, content, comms, and demand generation. If you speak the language of ARR, ACV, average deal cycles, and love building efficient, scalable marketing functions – this could be an amazing contract for you.

Our client is a high-growth SaaS company delivering an AI-powered Control Centre designed to streamline Accounts Payable operations. Trusted by large enterprises worldwide, the company’s innovative solution leverages cutting-edge machine learning to address critical financial control challenges.

With a rapidly expanding customer base, a diverse product offering, and a strong presence in the finance and technology sectors, this organisation is at the forefront of driving change in the CFO’s office.

The Role

This is a senior marketing leadership role with a strong focus on revenue impact. You’ll help drive the go-to-market strategy as the company scales – with a key mission to grow pipeline, improve efficiency, and drive measurable outcomes across all marketing channels.

You’ll be responsible for managing a high-performing team, scaling campaigns, leading major events, and aligning closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Leadership & Scale:
    Coach and develop a team of six marketers (including a Head of Marketing Ops). Foster a high-performance culture and bring structure, focus, and repeatable processes.
  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth:
    Lead digital performance, web, and email campaigns with a strong ROI mindset. Target increasing inbound by 50% in the next 12 months.
  • Events Strategy & Execution:
    Oversee 60+ events in 2025, including customer briefings, third-party conferences, and a 150+ person flagship customer conference.
  • Content, Brand & Comms:
    Manage a small content team and own brand voice, sales enablement, PR, and product marketing initiatives. Build relationships with influencers and media.
  • GTM Collaboration:
    Work closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to ensure GTM success across launches, messaging, feedback loops, and strategic pivots.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success leading high-performing teams and scaling marketing ops in fast-paced environments
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in companies that have scaled ARR from £5M-£30M+
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue levers (ARR, ACV, CAC, pipe coverage, sales cycles)
  • Strong experience in enterprise marketing – supporting complex sales cycles and contract values over £150k
  • Expertise across demand gen, events, content, communications, and brand
  • Experience marketing to finance functions (especially the CFO’s office) is a strong plus
