Our mission is to build a community that promotes well-being and motivates members to stay consistent. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead all marketing strategies.
Job Description
As the Head of Marketing for Pilates by Bryony, you will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy and execution for the brand. You’ll run and drive all aspects of digital marketing, brand awareness, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships. You’ll be tasked with growing our customer base, improving brand visibility, and increasing engagement within our community. This is a leadership role, and you will be a key player in shaping the future of our brand.
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead the development of an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals. Build and manage campaigns that increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Continue to develop Pilates by Bryony into a recognizable and trustworthy brand in the fitness and wellness space.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google), SEO, and content marketing.
- Social Media Strategy: Oversee social media marketing efforts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture customer relationships, promote events, and drive subscriptions.
- Community Engagement: Foster and grow an engaged online community. Utilize feedback and data to create campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Build relationships with influencers, media outlets, and brand partners that align with Pilates by Bryony’s values and audience.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Set, measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights to ensure KPIs and goals are met.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a marketing team as the company grows. Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to ensure the success of the marketing department.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally with a background in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience as Head of Marketing or similar preferable within the fitness and wellness industry.
- Experience preferred in leading marketing strategies for e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (content creation, design, product) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for health and wellness.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with subscription models.
- Knowledge of Pilates, fitness, or health industries.
- Experience in building and managing affiliate marketing programs.
