House Of CB are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to take charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department. We are looking for a talented marketing strategist who can build out the marketing team and inspire team members and drive success. In this role, you will lead our Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market. Responsibilities
Craft strategies for the Marketing team, including Social, Digital, Advertising, Communications, Print and Creative events, any and all marketing.
Build out the marketing team
Develop + oversee all social media marketing strategies of all of House of CB's social platforms
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
Set, monitor and report on goals
Design branding, positioning and marketing messages.
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Ideate and execute on creative, out-of-the box partnerships that anchor brand messaging and content.
Working with promotional and engagement techniques, such as influencer endorsements, and paid advertising
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Keeping up with current and future trends on social media
Requirements
Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within the fashion industry industry
Experience running successful marketing campaigns with emphasis on social media
Strong creative ability
Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
Strong leadership experience is very important, experience in recruiting and managing a team
Proven experience creating and developing a marketing strategy from start-up to scale-up would be highly desirable.
