The Opportunity

As Head of Manufacturing Integration, you will be responsible for leading an in-house team of process engineers and managing our contract manufacturing partner to define, develop and validate an optimized manufacturing process that delivers production volumes, quality and cost to meet our business objectives. Collaboration, ensuring on-time delivery of activities and delivery of manufacturing facilities to CAPEX, OPEX and quality targets will be key aspects of the role.

What you'll do

1. Leading and managing a team of manufacturing process engineers to review designs and challenge and validate process implementation proposals from our contract manufacturing partner to find optimum solutions in terms of CAPEX and OPEX.
2. Collaborating across the organisation to define robust manufacturing processes compatible with product requirements and business plan targets.
3. Ensuring required data and information is available to our contract manufacturing partner to enable on-time programme delivery.
4. Representing the Manufacturing function in senior Engineering design reviews.
5. Being the senior point of contact for Manufacturing process within FORSEVEN and with our contract manufacturing partner.
6. Leading the resolution of manufacturing-related issues within FORSEVEN and with our contract manufacturing partner.
7. Managing the delivery against agreed KPIs and providing report outs in accordance with defined business governance.
8. Reviewing and approving relevant deliverables from our contract manufacturing partner.

Who are you

1. Experience in Automotive Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and/or Manufacturing Operations.
2. Experienced in defining strategy and successfully leading the implementation of efficient processes and operations for high volume automotive production within ambitious financial targets.
3. Structured and organized approach and methodology with a track record of process implementation and management.
4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience of interacting with Programme and Engineering teams to ensure robust product launch.
5. Create and foster a culture which encourages collaboration and fast-paced delivery across FORSEVEN and partner organisations.
