Key Requirements:

To apply for the Head of Manufacturing position based in Kent you will ideally hold an engineering qualification:

1. Science, manufacturing or engineering industry experience
2. LEAN implementation examples, showing change management achievements
3. Medium to low volume manufacturing environments (high volume still apply)
