Job Description

• Leading the Accounting & Finance department and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Developing financial strategies and setting targets for the team.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Overseeing budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Liaising with external auditors and managing internal audits.
• Providing financial advice to the organisation's leadership.
• Promoting a culture of financial awareness and responsibility across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Management Accounts should have:

• Must have further education experience-University or College experience
• CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA, ICA
• 3 years in a similar senior role
• A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in a senior financial management role.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to formulate and implement financial strategies.
