This is a new role within our team. As Head of Lighting, we will look to you to help us lead all aspects of lighting and rendering at Framestore across Advertising, Episodic, and Immersive shows. You will establish and maintain the benchmark for quality across all shows, leading the way creatively while ensuring the department has the right artists, tools, and workflows to deliver the highest standard of work.
There is a strong technical focus to this role as you will be working to develop and improve our workflows, tools, and pipeline. You will work closely with the Heads of CG and Senior Talent Team to hire, develop, and lead the lighting team. This role will still be actively working on projects to maintain a close relationship with artists, technology, and have a clear understanding of potential innovation workflow improvements.
