The role
As a Head of Learning and Development, you’ll develop departmental L&D plans and priorities to deliver business objectives and drive delivery against these through leading and influencing others, primarily managers and the sector senior leadership team.
Day-to-day, you’ll lead on the creation and delivery of the nuclear sector people capability agenda, working in collaboration with the HR team and key stakeholders.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week, and can be based at either HMNB Devonport, Plymouth or Bristol Business Park, North Bristol, with hybrid working arrangements.
