Our client wants to acquire a new talent as the Head of IT Operations and Infrastructure.

Job Description:

You will be a key leader in our client organization, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the core IT operations and infrastructure functions.

Your role encompasses strategic planning, operational management, and driving excellence in IT service delivery, infrastructure management, and technology operations.

You will lead a team of specialists across digital foundations, connectivity services, cloud infrastructure, and IT service management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are preferred.
2. Proven experience in IT leadership roles, overseeing IT operations, infrastructure management, and technology governance in a complex organizational environment.
3. Strong understanding of IT service management principles, ITIL framework, service desk operations, incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes.
4. Expertise in managing IT infrastructure, networks, systems, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies to support business needs and digital initiatives.
5. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management practices, compliance requirements, and security controls for protecting IT assets and data.
6. Experience in budget management, vendor management, procurement processes, and cost-effective solutions for optimizing IT investments and resource allocation.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to lead teams, engage stakeholders, drive change, and deliver results.
8. Strategic mindset with analytical abilities to assess technology landscapes, evaluate business requirements, and develop IT strategies that drive business value and innovation.
9. You need to be located in the United Kingdom.
