Lead IT operations for a global software company.
Hybrid infrastructure with a 40+ product portfolio.
Flexible working, coupled with travel to other sites as required.
We’ve teamed up with Datamine, a global leader in technology solutions for sustainable and efficient mining operations. Based in Central Bristol, they operate as part of a much larger global network. The company is part of the Vela Software Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (CSI) - one of Canada’s largest companies (4th largest by market capitalisation), with a portfolio of 1,000+ software businesses worldwide.

This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely from the top. The ideal candidate will thrive on getting involved in the detail, rolling up their sleeves when needed, and being a hands-on leader. Equally important is your ability to build close working relationships with internal stakeholders. You will be a consistent, visible presence to business unit leaders, helping them translate operational needs into practical IT solutions.
