Head of IT and Digital
Location: based in Rotherham and Worksop
Salary: £58,396 per annum + benefits
Hours: Full time (37hrs per week, all year round)

As the Head of IT and Digital you will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of the IT and Digital Strategy which will contribute to the delivery of the Group's Strategic Plan.
You will have overall responsibility for the strategic development of Digital transformation across the organisation, developing and implementing strategies to increase the use of digital technologies.
This role is critical to the organisation, and you will lead the effective delivery of a highly responsive IT team which manages the infrastructure and systems which support both academic and business functions.
As part of the overall responsibility for driving digital development and innovation across the group, this will include responsibility for the implementation of the new Digital Learning Hubs.
You will also provide support to the Group's Strategic Leadership Team to ensure that IT and Digital strategies evolve in line with the College's ambitions.
As Head of IT and Digital you will ensure the Group's data is secured effectively and that robust systems and processes are in place related to cyber-security.
The role requires working closely with the Campus and Curriculum Managers and support staff to ensure the best possible use of IT and Digital Technology.
Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach you will help the College achieve their mission to provide skills for the future of their students and community, through outstanding teaching and learning. Your work will ultimately lead to a high quality, robust IT and Digital service plus positive development of the College reputation.
You will report directly to the Executive Director of Corporate Services and Strategic Planning. You will be responsible for staff within the IT & Digital teams and work closely with the Directors of Campus and Curriculum Managers and will support staff to ensure the best possible use of IT and Digital Technologies across the organisation.
