Job description

Job Title: Head of Investment Reporting

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Alderley Park / Edinburgh

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

Closing date: 23rd April 2025

About the Role: Join our team to lead and manage the investment accounting process, including valuations and daily box management. You'll oversee outsourced investment accounting, provide technical accounting support, and drive investment data controls. This role involves significant change management on new product types, ensuring timely delivery of new asset classes, products, and regulatory developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee outsourced investment accounting and manage the Investment Accounting team.
  2. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  3. Deliver clear communications to key stakeholders.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert in Investment Accounting.
  5. Lead the daily box management process and ensure up to date process documentation.
  6. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.
