Head of Insurance Business - Northeast England

Our client is one of the UK’s leading online insurance websites. They are recognised as one of the leading independent brokers, offering bespoke products for the property sector. They are part of a larger group of insurers with exciting ambitions for the business.

We are seeking an experienced manager with strong commercial acumen to manage teams made up of commercial and underwriting professionals.
You will be responsible for leading the business to success; for delivery of budgeted income, management of costs, and delivery of EBITDA & KPI targets.
In addition, you will provide operational leadership to ensure everything is in place to meet the financial objectives for the business, customer services, sales, product, and people.

The Desired Candidate

Experience gained in the financial services sector in a commercial leadership role. Leadership skills, strong financial acumen, and a desire to be part of an exciting transformation of this high potential business are essential.
