Job description

You will lead a large and dynamic inside sales operation, responsible for lead generation, highly effective business development, and quality appointment setting within B2B consultative sales.


As a passionate sales leader, you will thrive on the sales floor engaging with sales consultants, empowering sales managers, developing training, coaching, and retention strategies, through to reporting performance metrics to the board. You report to the Head of Sales and undertake a newly created role responsible for driving sales performance, lead generation business growth, and developing the sales management structure. Additional scope will include:

  1. Optimizing effective CRM and data-driven campaigns to develop cutting-edge new business sales campaigns.
  2. Leading and developing the inside sales management team, empowering sales managers to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to exceed company growth targets.
  3. Developing sales coaching & training plans across all sales structures from management development to induction programs for circa 60 business sales consultants.
  4. Continuously seeking to make incremental improvements in sales performance and drive optimum activity levels.
  5. Ensuring the clear communication of company objectives, revenue sales targets, and performance to promote employee engagement and drive performance.
  6. Developing sales enablement initiatives, implementing new incentives to empower and engage all sales personnel.
  7. Liaising closely with marketing, new business, and business development teams to plan business development programs, sales campaigns, and optimize lead conversion.
