Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the ICT department, providing strategic direction and guidance
2. Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to integrate technology effectively into the curriculum
3. Develop and implement innovative ICT programs and initiatives
4. Stay updated with emerging educational technologies and best practices
5. Evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of ICT systems and resources
6. Provide training and support to staff on the use of ICT tools and applications
7. Manage budgets and procurement processes

Requirements:

1. Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2. Extensive experience in ICT education, preferably in a leadership role
3. Proven track record of successfully implementing educational technology initiatives
4. Excellent knowledge of current trends and best practices in ICT education
5. Strong leadership and management skills
6. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Experience in budget management and procurement processes
9. Passion for academic excellence and supporting students' digital literacy skills
10. Ability to start in September and work full-time
