The Head of IAM at JD Sports is responsible for leading the end-to-end Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, encompassing Design, Implementation, and Operations. This role is critical to establishing a scalable, cost-effective IAM capability that aligns with JD Sports' cybersecurity and business objectives. The Head of IAM will build and lead a specialised team and collaborate with external systems integrators and managed service providers to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing operations.
