Head of HR Shared Services, c£100,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits, London, Permanent

Our client, a multinational organisation and a leading player in their field, have been through an exciting journey of change. As a result they are seeking an Head of HR Services to help shape the future of HR services, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Reporting to the HR Director, this role is accountable for the day to day operational excellence in the management of employee lifecycle activities to employees across a number of sites. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to develop and enhance HR solutions which enable business performance and are scalable to meet future needs. Working closely with the HR Systems team, this role will contribute to the implementation of the overall HR Strategy, specifically contributing to a HRIS journey towards greater self-service, more automation, better data and increased standardised approach to process.

Ideally with experience of working in FMCG, Retail or other consumer driven businesses, you are a HR Shared Services professional with a proven track record in leading HR operations and systems within an international, matrix environment. In addition, you have extensive experience in managing multi-site payrolls, implementing compliance standards, and leading a team in driving operational excellence. With strong leadership and influencing skills, you can build relationships at all levels, inspire your team, and deliver ambitious outcomes that support the company’s HR strategy.
