Following recent expansion, our client—a high-performing multi-academy trust—has created a new role within their central HR team. They are looking for a Head of HR Business Partnering & Operations who is passionate about HR, strategic in approach, dedicated to developing others, and aligned with the trust's core values. As a key member of the senior management team, you will oversee the delivery of a pragmatic and strategic HR service to all stakeholders.
This is a pivotal role where you will provide leadership to the HR Business Partnering and Operational teams, and work in close collaboration with the Director of People.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Head of HR Business Partnering & Operations:
The post holder will be office-based 2-3 days per week. Given the nature of this role, the role holder needs to be able to easily travel between sites. Non-term time will be working from home the majority of the time.
