Head of HR | Perm role | £80k-£85k | Membership organisation | Hybrid | Central London offices
This newly created Head of HR position with a renowned membership body will lead the HR function during an exciting period of change and renewal. Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Services, you will provide strategic, hands-on HR leadership to a team of 5, and deliver a leading HR service to a workforce of circa 250-300.
An opportunity offering the perfect blend of operational and strategic HR, our client is looking for a seasoned Head of HR with significant experience in OD, team and senior stakeholder management. Bringing expert knowledge in attracting, developing and retaining exceptional talent, you will enjoy working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team, providing hands-on support to stakeholders, with a strategic mindset.
The organisation has a fantastic working culture and holds themselves to a high standard for their members. They work on a hybrid basis (2-3 days per week) from offices in central London and offer fantastic benefits including a generous annual leave allowance and competitive employer pension contributions.
